Landscape Maintenance & Installation Manager |
|
We are searching for an individual with excellent leadership and management skills who will hire, train, and supervise employees within this division.
Additional requirements:
- Maintain accurate records of crew travel time, equipment hours, installation time, etc.
- Review drawing and estimates with estimators and designers in advance to determine job requirements
- Operate tractors, rototillers, power trenchers, chainsaws, sod lifters, mini excavators, skid loaders and any other landscape equipment
- Help install landscape construction materials, including flagstone, brick, boulders, railroad ties, low voltage lighting, ponds, etc. as required
- Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks to ensure proper materials, supplies, and equipment are available.
- Maintain trucks, trailers, and all other landscape equipment
- Able to communicate effectively with property owners or managers
